PAVLOVA TIPS
when making a pavlova these feW rules must be done or your pav just wont turn out right …..
eggs … when seperating the eggs if any yolk even the SMALLEST bit gets into the egg whites you need to thro the whole lot out … you pav wont work … so tip each egg into a small cup fisrt and inspect it before adding it in with the rest …
also it is important not to use wet utensils … the bowl must be completly dry and the blender blades too …. one drop of water and again your pav wont work out …..
