ok this is for a sweet chilly and a tzykki dipping sauce …. you can also pour them over a big steak ….
sauce 1 tzykki …
chop your cucumber up fine
crush your 1 large clove of garlic
put lots of sour cream in and mix
sauce 2 sweet chilly
about that much sour cream and this much sweet chilly sauce …. yep its one f those recipes …. … 
they will look like this …. then you mix and put in fridge for an hour before using .. you can make this 24 hours before a party ….
dont mix the sweet chiily into an orange mush tho fold it in gently
