2 carrots
1 onion
2 celery stalks
3 lrg potatos
tomato paste
2 beef stock cubed
or 1 litre of beef stock
salt/pepper
dice . chop it all fine
fry and brown off the beef and onion first
add in the rest of the veggies and stir for about 5 minutes
add in the 1 litre of beef stock liquid and the tomato paste … its about 2 tablespoons of the paste simmer on medium to low heat stiring acationaly for 2 hours
serve with bread and butter ….
this dish is a big hit with even my small fussy 3 year old child …..
you may wish to add some garlic and even curry next time …..
this dish can be made with any cheap meat or even sausages






this is also good to puree up for young babys …. great iron in it
