cooking isnt about following a recipe …
its about creating your own
mix and matching herbs spices and fillings
being brave enough to experiment and falling upon something realy wonderful that everyone enjoys
its about being able to laugh when it ll goes wrong but learning from it at the same time
we all need to eat … so we all need to cook … why not make it a wonderful experience …

after searching high and low for one that wasnt going to cost me 50 bucks or more ..I got one 20 bucks ….
afreind had told me how she just loves hers and uses it for left over dishes .. she makes up pies and freezes them … i thought hmmmmm not a bad idea … i always have left over cottage pie ….and stews …..
so today i tryed it out … i sprayed it with oil first … a did a puff pastry bottom and a normal pastry for the top … and wow it worked …
i was able to make 4 of them and they look delicious…
so now im in experimental mode …. im going to buy one of those large bread loaves and see if bread will work … we all know those spaggettii toasties .. so il try them in here …. or maybe an egg and bacon one hmmmmm maybe cheese and tomato .. oh my it can be an endless work of pies in this house
